Williams Farm Update for January 12th, 2018

Well, as I type it’s 30 degrees warmer than last week!  Welcome to Southern Ontario weather.

Sorry about the lack of carrots at the market last week.  A miscommunication between Devyn and I mean’t the carrot and artichokes stayed in the cooler.
This week, my son Jack will be doing market and we will make sure the carrots make it. Still lots of carrots and artichokes, but we are starting to get to the end of the garlic.  Another couple of weeks and we could be out.

We still have syrup available here at the farm, but with the cold weather its very hard to organize vegetable pickups. Your best bet for our vegetables is the market, or one of our retail partners. Here’s a list of the main ones and what they carry.
