Preparations are underway for the 2020 season. Based on the current weather we cannot predict what our season will be like. We do know that with a warm winter the season can start quite quickly; so, we have started to tap and almost have our line repairs done. I’m currently expecting we won’t be producing syrup until mid March, but you never know. Stay tuned!
Don’t forget about our Maple Weekend Open House on April 4th and 5th from 10 am to 4 pm. There will be maple taffy to taste and the evaporator will be boiling. The smell of maple will be in the air!
