This Saturday, April 30th is the 51st Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival!
We’ll be there in the heart of the action as usual with our booth on Queen St. It’s near the Community Hall where they serve the all day pancake breakfast.
The weather forecast looks superb, so come out and enjoy all the vendors, shows, shops, midway, etc. Of course, there is only one maple syrup booth you’ll need to visit!
We’ve got a good supply of all grades of syrup bottled and lots of maple products….sugar candy, butter, granulated sugar, and maple sap.
This is our first year bottling our own maple sap. It’s got fantastic flavour and all the great health benefits of syrup (calcium, manganese, zinc, anti-oxidants)….with less sugar.
Due to the syrup festival, we won’t be at the Barrie Farmers’ Market this weekend, but will return there for the first day outside on May 7th.
