Open house for Maple Syrup Producers, Sunday Feb. 9th

Come visit our sugar house and pick up supplies and equipment before the season begins. Kim and I will be on hand to provide advice and help you work through your checklist of supplies, equipment and packaging. Bruce Gilillan VP of Leader Evaporator will be here to do a Filter Press Demonstration. He will also be providing advice on any issues you have in your bush or sugar shack. Bruce is one of the best in the business, so this is your chance to pump him for information! I’ll lead a demonstration on making Granulated Maple Sugar at 2:30. We’ll actually make a batch using our Leader Maple Cream Machine.
