It’s been a busy week. I think we’ve boiled everyday since Sunday! Make hay while the sun shines. We are now about 60% of a season. I’m hopeful we will get to 100% if we can get through this warm spell without the buds breaking.
We’ve bottled our first medium, so we’ll have that with us at market on Saturday.
Jack and I will be making Maple Taffy on Snow at market this week as part of the market’s Marvellous Maple. They will be a dollar each four for $3. You can also get a very reasonable pancake breakfast.
I’m not planning to be open for specific hours on the weekend at the farm. I will be around Sunday afternoon, so if you’d like to drop by, send me an email or call.
